REFUND POLICY
30-day return period
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the microfiber hair towel must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Because this is a personal-care textile, a used or washed item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or applicable law requires another remedy.
Requesting a return
Email orlinastore52@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
We will provide return instructions and, where required, the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days, with your order number and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs and for using suitable packaging.
If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Orlina Store will cover reasonable return-shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the decision.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, cancellation rights or remedies available under Canadian or applicable provincial consumer-protection laws.
